Our "No Mess" guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unworn and unmarked, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

Please send us a note detailing the reason for return.  This note MUST include your name, address, contact numbers and email address, date received, design / size / colour of the garment, and any order reference numbers on your delivery note.
In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
Wrap the item securely in its original packaging.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.  This may take up to three weeks.

Discount Vouchers & Codes

Whenever a TOT Shirts Ltd store (Iffyton) or a partner representing TOT Shirts Ltd, offers a voucher or discount code, the customer can only use one code per transaction.  The customer will always pay the compulsory P&P on every transaction.   If the customer would like to place further orders or purchase further discounted codes, they will be charged p&p on each transaction, due to the number of orders we process, we are not able to pool orders (ie allow a customer to call us with 10 voucher codes to save on P&P).

Every order placed on Iffyton with a discount requires a discount code - should an order for any reason go through our system without a code, TOT Shirts Ltd will refund all monies to the customer and not process the order until a valid code can be produced.  

If a customer places an order and forgets to add a discount code and pays the full retail price, we will look at the transaction on a case by case basis - assuming the prior proof of purchase of a discount code can be provided, we will endeavour to refund the difference.  

Voucher codes - TOT Shirts Ltd will not accept or 'refresh' any code that a customer wants to use after the expiry date of the promotion, the date can be found on your coupon/email given by the voucher provider.  There are normally three months to use the voucher and most people find this ample time to select a product. Please note, with any purchase of promotional codes, the contract remains with the seller of the code until you place an order with us, we hold no records until such time.

The fine print on my voucher says “Limit 1 per person” and “May buy multiples as gifts.” Can I buy myself some vouchers as gifts to myself and use more than one?

No. If the fine print says this, you can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people.

TOT Shirts Ltd agree to allowing one coupon code per transaction. This information is stated during the order process and we accept no offers.

The usage of more than one coupon code in an order is forbidden as our technology does not allow it.  Customers may puchase more than one coupon code but please note, each coupon will be charged the full P&P amount.  Our system does not allow pooled / combined or multiple coupon usage per order.  We are unable to manually combine multiple orders even if sent to the same address to save on P&P - this is due the many thousands of orders passing through daily, it is logistically impractical.  This condition remains in force regardless of any terms and conditions stated on any daily deal type website - we are unable to do it.

Please note that discount vouchers are not valid on End of the Line, Official Band Merch or Nippaz with Attitude products.

Cooling-off Period

At TOT Shirts Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.  Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our "No Mess" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products.  To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please fill out a note, as detailed above, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation".  Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.  The return address is:

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
