Q: Can I use more than one coupon code in an order?
A: No, the system will not allow it. Customers may puchase more than one coupon code but please note, each coupon will be charged the full P&P amount. Our system does not allow pooled / combined or multiple coupon usage per order. We are unable to manually combine multiple orders even if sent to the same address to save on P&P - this is due the many thousands of orders passing through daily, it is logistically impractical.
A: 99% of all phone calls and emails we have are because the code has not been activated yet by the supplier of the code. Please check your original email and check what time it was set to activate. If that date has passed, please email help(@)iffyton.co.uk and please mention your code in the contact form, if not please see below:-
If the voucher was purchased within the past 24 hours it will probably not yet be active.
If the code was accepted yet a mistake was made during checkout, sometimes this can cause problems, in this case, email help@iffyton.co.uk with the coupon code.
Please note that discount vouchers are not valid on End of the Line, Official Band Merch or Nippaz with Attitude categories.
Q: How do I track my order, it just says "processing" once I have logged into my account?
A: Our system will update online when your order has been despatched. If you really are stuck, please email help@iffyton.co.uk with your order number, we'll let you know when it was sent.
Q: How big are the t-shirts?
A: They can come up slightly large, however, take a look at our fitting room for sizes.
Q: My T-shirt is too big/small/short/long - can I return it?
A: Yes, we are happy to replace any t-shirt. Please return the shirt unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received it in to the following (make sure you include a short note explaining what size you want and the problem):-

A: It totally depends on where you live and what the number of t-shirts are, but below, for your reference are some examples that will help you get on your way (please note prices may differ to those outside the UK, these are guidelines only):-
