Q: How do I track my order, it just says "processing" once I have logged into my account?
A: Our system will update online when your order has been despatched. If you really are stuck, please email help@iffyton.co.uk with your order number, we'll let you know when it was sent.
Q: Can I use more than one coupon code in an order?
A: No, the system will not allow it. Customers may puchase more than one coupon code but please note, each coupon will be charged the full P&P amount, we are unable to pool orders.
Q: How much is delivery (P&P)?
A: It totally depends on where you live and what the number of t-shirts are, but below, for your reference are some examples that will help you get on your way (please note prices may differ to those outside the UK, these are guidelines only):-

Q: What is your policy regarding damaged / faulty goods?
A: We will replace any damaged goods, simply return to us and we'll ship out a fresh replacement free of charge, please note, the shirt needs to be unworn, unwashed and not stained. We inspect all returns to ensure people are not taking the Michael.
Q: What is your policy if I don't like the t-shirt?
A: If you are unhappy with any of our tshirts, we operate a 100% satisfaction policy, however, you will need to return the t-shirt to us, unworn, unwashed and unmarked. We are happy to exchange sizes but you will need to cover the costs of sending back to us (do check sizes in our fitting room prior to ordering). If you simply want to return the tshirt as you are not happy with the design, you will not be credited back the P&P you paid to us. See our full terms and conditions.
Q: What is in the Lucky Dip?
A: It is a total random mix of t-shirts. Normal mix is two plain t-shirts and three printed. The three printed t-shirts are not normally from our current store collection, for example, you may get some top band t-shirts, some unknown bands, famous artists, cool shops and various others - as Uncle Iffy says "you may love 'em, you may hate 'em but at twenty five ruddy quid for 5 t-shirts, worst case, wear them for painting the roof."
Q: How do the ladies fitted t-shirts size up?
A: They always seem to come up slightly smaller than normal, our advice is to buy the one a size larger
Q: Where are your shirts printed?
A: North London, UK. We ship all products from the UK by first class post.
